J and T Vending
So I was on the way to look at a USI 3061 drink machine that is bout 1.5 hour away from where I live and seller just called as I was leaving home to say the machine is now not accepting coins or dollars. Her dad has put coins in change department and drinks in each column. Before I decide to make this drive, what Do you guys think the problem could be since it was recently working a while back according to seller. She is asking $

If the mech goes down the validator won't work either. I'd get a good mech in there before I purchased this machine, just in case the board is bad. AZVendor
You are aware that this is a narrow (20 - 24") serpentine can-only machine, right? It's hard to say why it won't take any money, but it could be that the coin mech is bad, the logic board is bad, the logic board lost all its prices so there's no reason to take money, or there could be a wiring problem. If you have a Coinco 9302L coin mech or a Mars 6010 then take them with you just in case.
J and T Vending
That's what I was thinking possibly a bad coin mech. I think I will save my gas and time and keep looking. I would hate for to replace coin mech and problem is not fixed. The price would have been perfect if machine functioned properly. Thanks!
AZVendor
Tell him when he gets it fixed he can bring it to you for the sale.
J and T Vending
That would be great, lol... But doubt if they would drive 1.5 hours for delivery unless I pay for delivery fee, which still may be a good trade off.
