Beverage Distributors in the Cleveland, OH area?

Recommended Posts

Afternoon,

We just got a beverage vending machine for our business; a Dixie Narco 501E with the live display.  We are trying to find some good distributors in the area to buy our beverages from.  We can get both bottles and cans.  Does anyone know of any distributors in the area?  Or are we better off just going to Costco and the like?  We are not going to be buying a ton at a time, maybe around 10 cases.

Thanks for the help!

Across the board. you'll find that Costco is your best bet for price and selection

if you need bottles with only 1 machine get the 16.9 coke and 24oz Pepsi on sale from your local grocer when they have the 6 pack for 3dollars sale.

for cans with only 1 machine the cans are cheaper by about .02 per than costco if they have the 12 pk for 3 dollars sale, otherwise costco is pretty consistently .27 per can plus deposit if in your area for both coke and pepsi.

Also, if you go to costco or sams club they accept resale certificates and so you will save .02 per unit on tax., not sure about the grocery stores

Thanks! What about Coke and Pepsi distribution centers? Are they a good resource?

The bottlers will have a higher price and order minimums, for a single machine sam's, Costco and your local grocery will have the best pricing as well as enabling you to buy only what you need.

stores will give you resale certificate if you fill out their paperwork, bust you must also give them a copy of your tax exception. it is a lot cheaper to buy at Costco or sams then trying to find sales at cheaper price.

you have to take your time, gas into consideration with the running around. one trip to sams club or costco

while this is true if you have lots of machines, this guy sounds like he only has 1 machine for his office, and has no intention of expanding, which means that 1 trip to to the grocer would suffice just as well as a trip to Costco, not to mention he has to only buy 12 at a time instead of the 32 or 36 packs at Costco., as well as the fact that there are more grocery stores than costcos, meaning he may well be saving gas.
