libra8
This is for a route of 17 office buildings with 2 machines in each. 1 drink 1 snack. No caffeteria in any buildings. From the research I've done on this site this seems pretty high. What do you say? $5,130.00 approximate per month machines are over 5 years old route is serviced a minimum of once a week The gross is approximately $61,600 and net is approximately $20,000 - $25,000 Hours put in are roughly 8 - 12 a week. The asking price: $61,600 which is only one time sales +$3,000 inventory in machines and stock +$2,150 approximate cash in machines +$3.000 for spare parts the approximate value is $3,260 $69,750 Total
mission vending
In a perfect scenario I couldn't see going over 30K but this sounds far from perfect. I MIGHT be able to get to 20K
libra8
Thanks. I've read ROI from 10 months to 2 years.
AZVendor
This sounds like a broker listing which would explain all the detail in the numbers leading to an overpriced business. You would need much more detail from them to determine why you should pay more than one year's gross for this. They should be able to supply models of machines, vend prices, commission rates, commission amounts (which can lead to confirming dollar sales), contract existence, age of the accounts, etc. This is not something you can take a quick glance at and say yea or nay. You need more information.
arkhusker
I would say it is way too high! I paid $110k for a route grossing $250K/yr.
