I am biased and I know that there is no such thing as a 100% sure thing, I would however be more than willing to hire military members that have been honorably discharged.  As a product of the US Air Force, integrity is one of our core values and I see it everyday even after leaving active duty for the reserves.  


Maybe get a history of where they worked and why they quit/left and their permission to talk to their former employer?
