SchligVend
I have had this machine working flawlessly for almost 2 years. I hear from an employee that it was having trouble accepting coins, I tried a couple different coins and it would work then not work and the when I put one coin in it and it would give me back 2 ... So I decided to change coinmech out ... I unplugged machine and when I put new working mech in there was no power going to coinmech ... the bill acceptor still has power and lights work but front display does not ...checked fuse that is good.... What else can i try into?
AngryChris
I would just try a third coinmech if I were you.
SchligVend
Both the coinmechs work in other machines.... And now the display on this one is not on .. I was thinking maybe I shorted something but I am stuck. I am planning on just swapping out machine but was hoping someone had an easy fix first
AngryChris
My high tech trick has always been to power off for 15 seconds and power back on. I don't know what could cause your problem unless the coinmech wasn't working. Check the harness?
AZVendor
If the display board is also out then you have probably blown the board or there is an open in the fuse circuit. Did you use the exact same model coin mech?
SchligVend
Yes I did both coinco
AZVendor
You might want to replace the machine or have me look at it because there isn't any way to figure out what went wrong otherwise.
