Right machine sizes

would be something like putting a brand new, state of the art engine into an older, reliable, solidly built truck.  Yes, it has a lot of older parts in it but also a lot of newer parts that won't give you a hassle. 

 

bad analogy

no experienced trucker in their right mind would consider violating a decent rig like a K-whopper or pete with the new, electrionic, epa 2010 emsiions bullcrap engines

those fuu*ckrs at the epa force tecnology onto the engines that actually make it burn more fuel

I agree that it may not be the best analogy but I was really referring to the idea of putting a high-performance engine into an older pickup truck to turn it into a hot rod.  It's not about efficiency, it's about making it come alive again!
