CaptainMike
Hi all, I just have a few machines, but am growing every month. I now have a combo that has a tray of sandwiches. I need to keep these frozen from the distributor where I shop back to my garage...once they unfreeze they are only good for 2 weeks...frozen the shelf life is 9 months. I also need to keep bottles cold for delivery into my combo machine or the health and safety feature might disable the tray as warm bottles can warm up the inside of the machine. Of course, I also have candy melt issues and would rather not have to transport all the candy inside my pickup (my current delivery vehicle). I am wondering in the short term if I should just use coolers, maybe with dry ice? I would rather not have to pack coolers just to move candy though... Eventually I think I want a box truck that has a freezer in it as well as general insulation for in the box for moving cold items...but what do I do in the meantime as I have the need for frozen and refrigerated transport...
