AZVendor Posted August 6, 2014 Share Posted August 6, 2014 What specific error are you getting? Is it a defrost error, a health error or temperature error? If this is on a tower or a snack with the 130/930 board in it then read your manual so you understand how to read your subcodes and error details. The machine will tell you whwn the error occurred, how long it lasted, what the max temp was, etc. If the clock times don't make sense then you need to set your date and time so that all your errors are recorded accurately. Walta Posted August 6, 2014 Share Posted August 6, 2014 We need more info before you get any answers. What is the temp inside the machine? Is the evap coil covered in ice? No you cannot see the coil without pulling the refer unit. How far away from the wall is the back of the machine? Is the screen in the bottom of the machine clean?
