All of a sudden the use exact change light came on and will no longer accept any coins. I purchased a "working" 6800h on Ebay to replace it once installed the exact change light goes out but it too will not accept any coins. Any suggestions other then learning and tuning? AZVendor Posted February 28, 2015 Share Posted February 28, 2015 You probably have a motor that is stuck or not in the home position. Home position is when of the two switch arms on each motor, the short one will be in the notch of the plastic motor timing cam and the longer arm will be on the high side of the cam. Each motor should always stop in this postion. If one hasn't then that is causing the rejection of all coins as it will cause an open vend circuit. The underlying cause can be a bad motor brake, bad motor or bad motor switch. PM me if you need any of those parts. PS: you're lucky if the Fleabay coin mech you got is good.
