It cost companies a lot of money to be at the show so they all run an incentive to write orders while there. Chances are the sales ppl don't even know what the incentive is yet. Their superballs were nice quality at the last fall's Orlando show. They also have nice filler items (erasers, rings, stickers, etc) for mystery mixes if you cap your own stuff. And in case you were wondering about product safety, the certificates of conformance are available on their web site for all to view. Enjoy! Wish I could be there. Have a beer for me! We haven't offered free shipping in a while, but we always have specials. And they do not announce them until we get to the show. The specials are actually for the operators who spend the money to attend the show. We will not announce what they are on an open forum. It would not be fair. And I can't speak for the other reps, but I do try to work out something extra for my customers within reason. I can not give away the kitchen sink, obviously, but my goal is to keep you as a customer year round instead of one day. Before you judge, at least stop by and see what we can do for you. All you had to say is "Yes we will announce our specials at the show for those that attend". Also didn't realize Havending was AA spokesman.
