All you had to say is "Yes we will announce our specials at the show for those that attend". Also didn't realize Havending was AA spokesman. It cost companies a lot of money to be at the show so they all run an incentive to write orders while there. Chances are the sales ppl don't even know what the incentive is yet. The key word here is sales. If you call a car lot to see what the sale is next week how many will tell you?comparing our suppliers to car lots??? I would contact all of my customers and offer products at a nice discount, or free freight if viable. that way all of my customers would be saturated with my products and would be less likely to spend their money with they competition at the show. here is a conspiracy theory, maybe just maybe the supplier R colluding!haha.
