SodaJerk Posted April 11, 2015 Share Posted April 11, 2015 Hi Everyone, I have a Royal Merlin IV 650 that sold out on a column selection. I refilled the product however when I refilled it the product still shows as sold out. According to the manual the column is supposed to reset once the door is open however this is not the case. Sending a refill notice through the Dex port did not remedy the issue. Is there anyway to factory reset the machine? I have power cycled the machine and set the column as filled per my air vend which has updated the dex reading. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AZVendor Posted April 11, 2015 Share Posted April 11, 2015 It sounds like that motor has failed. If the logic board doesn't see it run on a vend it will set a sold out flag on the first vend attempt. It will look like the sold out wasn't erased but it's actually being flagged as soon as you try to test or vend that motor. PM me if you need a motor for it.
