Been a while since ive been on here! Of course, when i had a question about anything vending related, i come here :-). I was just wondering if anyone knew what those things are called. They are cardboard type displays, usually about 10x10 inches, and they have slots for people to place quarters, and are generally branded with a type of cancer fighting organization. i think they usually have about 4 or 5 rows to put quarters, and 6 or 7 slots across each row. if anyone knows what they are called, or where to get more information on them, that would be great! thanks in advance!

Good to see you back and don't be a stranger. How is your honor box biz doing? Sounds something like a charity display card. Have you looked at the display it self to see if there was a phone number listed at the bottom or elsewhere. Hope this helps you out.

hello again treadmill! thanks for the advice! i did look, didnt see a number, but there was a website, lls.org  . i didnt see anything on there either. as far as my mint boxes, they did very well. i say "did", because as much as it pains me to say, ive really steered away from vending for the last year plus. i had my mint box route, and bulk route combined, up to just over 200 stops.  sorry, font size change lol... it was doing very well for a long time. i had some really great spots, and my overall bulk and mint box average hovered right around $17 a month for tbhe longest time. the average slowly dropped to $15, then $12, down to $9. I was still pretty content with the lower numbers, and knew i needed to make some adjustments to bring the numbers up. Unfortunately, at the same time i was also working 6-7 days a week (still am), and also started buying large bulk lots of cell phones, repairing them and reselling them. i never knew the demand for cell phones and ipads was so high, it was insane. Ive slowly stepped away from buying/reselling, and am focused on doing cell phone repair. i still have about 80 mint boxes, and some bulk machines that my wife runs for me, but when i saw the quarter folder thingy, i thought it could be a bit more... passive? i dont think thats the right word, but close enough :-)! Sorry for the long winded reply, i hope all is well with you, its nice to be back on here. i learned everything i know about vending here, and i truly believe this is where i began to really open my mind to other ideas, and businesses. theres a lot of really intelligent people on here, and im happy i found TVF
