Fox Posted July 27, 2015 Share Posted July 27, 2015 Recently installed a new account with 2 National 432 Cold Food vendors with the Crane Navigator Cashless systems installed. I have not been able to get the machines to malfunction. But the customers are having a recurring issue with credit from a swipe holding, and not clearing. Machine won't take any money, and credit will not clear until I reset the machine. Anyone have a similar issue before? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

rmorris1953 Posted July 31, 2015 Share Posted July 31, 2015 Will the error log show anything on the 7900? I think it might be a shot in the dark but try changing the harness on the bill validator. UPDATE: After talking to a Senior Technician at Crane/National, they said on the 432 models, any software version before 432.08 will have issues. If you have 432.08 or 432.10 you should be okay.
