avvending Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 I installed a Vendo 630 yesterday at a new location and when I was trying to prime the columns I found the mode button not responding. This problem has been intermittent in the past but always started working again in the past. I need to change a price but I cannot get the mode button to work. Is this a problem with the board or something else? Thank you
AZVendor Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 That means you'll need to replace the logic board. The switch is solid state and is not user replaceable. Email me if you need an exchange for it.
lacanteen Posted September 11, 2015 Posted September 11, 2015 It's possible your door switch is stuck or bad. The board needs to see the door open in order to enter service mode.
