jameyh
I bought a bunch of machines and the circle base on the bottom of most of the stands are rusted. Once I clean off the rust, what kind of paint should I use? I've used rustoleum before but it's pricey. Does anyone use anything that works well but costs less? ranamae
I used the Rustoleum black matte finishing spray. It was pretty much a perfect match. I think it cost about $5.

RikaKazak
I used Krylon this past week to do 4 bases that were looking not so hot. It has the little metallic shiny specs in it. Was like $5.50 a can at walmart and worked fantastically. But since I just did it I don't know how long it'll hold up or anything like that. It did take overnight to dry, so don't plan on using them for at least 36 hoursish.

mainor5251
Best paint I've used on stands was black epoxy based appliance paint
Nick505
I think the best is the rustoleum truck bed liner. Paint it on with a brush right over rust, dirt, China buffet grime...looks great when dry and saves a lot of time sanding, cleaning...
