AZVendor
Cigarrettes here are very slow now as all bars and restaurants are smoke free. The few machines still out do a paltry amount of business as fewer people smoke. You used to sell 60 - 100 packs a week at good locations and now you're lucky to sell 15 per week at those same spots. Part of this is the fact that brands have to sell for $10+ and of course you have to have $5 acceptors. Don't forget the per pack commission paid which used to be .25 back when prices were .90 to $1.00. Heck, I remember .60 packs before generics came out. Now I can only imagine what the commissions are. I'll bet the per pack profit after product and commission today is no more than it was when prices were $1. Golfdogs
I used to have a USI cigarette machine in a bar that recently closed. I did about 10k worth of sales per year. It really picked up when the gas station down the street closed! I still have the machine...lets make a deal:-)
