cvending
Check the machine config to see that the S.V. Is on. Had this been working on the past? I was thinking that in "Test" the Sure Vend is disabled.

cvending
Are you sure the 172 has Sure Vend? Looking at the manual there is no mention of a sure vend.
Sparta_Automation
They can come with a posivend. I bought a brand new GPL 172 and it came with it. But then again, it may have been added afterwards by the reseller. Travis
Walta
Yes the first step in checking the settings is to push the mode button. Please read the manual Walta
AZVendor
The instructions for setting up SureVend (National machines) may be the same as for the GPLs. If you have a service keypad inside the machine then use these instructions: Press 7/Product Config then the down arrow until you see SURE.V OFF. This might refer to POSI.V in your machine instead. To turn the feature on use the Edit button to change the setting to SURE.V ON. Press the down arrow again to see OPT'N SURE.V which will force the machine to use the motor switches for vend cycles if the SureVend system malfunctions. If OPT'N SURE.V is not shown then press edit until it is. At this point you can exit the service mode and test the feature.
