Too big to go thru door

It's not worth the work and possible damage to the machine, the building and your body to remove that giant door.   The way to clamshell it is to have a set of piano dollies that will clamp onto the sides of the machine allowing it to roll through the door while the door swings around the door frame (two man job).  Your machine is probably a bubble front which makes it too large to fit through most doors without clamshelling.  A flat front will be better but still maybe too large for the doorway.  You might need to look at using a smaller machine.  Maybe a DN501T if you need to go three cans deep.  If the account won't be a barn burner then a DN368 will work.

I put my 54" lift n rolls on the door and remove the top hinge and wiring. perfectly balanced. Roll the door right in. Also makes it easy to put door back on. The door is shorter than the cabinet so hopefully it will roll in without tipping it back.

Use a pallet jack underneath the door.  After the top hinge is off you can then jack the door up enough to get it off the bottom hinge and roll the door away.  Don't lose any of the brass washers on the bottom hinge and don't turn the hinge height adjuster there or you'll mess up your door height.

We use the above posted "Lift N' Roll" regularly and its worth it's weight in gold.  The only issue we have (happened yesterday) is that it doesn't fit ideally on some of the new snack machines we order (AMS 39).  One side fits perfect but the side where the door hinge is, the lift is 1-2 inches too wide to fit underneath.  We have a wooden block to put on each lift so that we don't have to pump it up all the way.  It helps having a 3rd person to hold the door while clam-shelling because some machines have really heavy doors that may make the machine tilt/lean.  If you move machines, they are needed half the time, if not more.
