BluePlate
Has anyone ever looked into buying bulk candy from a restaurant wholesalers like Sysco, US Foodservice, or Maines? I would imagine they would carry the basics for ice cream shops.
MartinNOLA
I work in a restaurant and from looking at invoices, Sysco is NOT cheap at all. You can get the same or better prices at Sam's. Sysco has a lot more variety of items AND they deliver, that's why their prices are more. When you run a volume restaurant, you can't run to Sam's for product every other day.
