jwalton
Cloverhills Big Texas Cinnamon Rolls are my number one seller. I was wondering if anyone knows how to decipher the code that is on each of the packages? I can only assume that it is a shelf life?? Can someone help? ***Moderator note - Duplicate thread deleted. cvending
Cloverhill Big Texas have a 28 day shelf life once thawed. The ones Sam's Club sells come in frozen but are sold thawed. They will have experation date on box
loach33
say the number says 021. They were manufactured on the 21st day of the year. So, you've got about 30 days from there unless they were frozen. Honestly I've tried them after 45 days and they're just fine. No one buying them can decipher the date so it's fine. When you buy at sams they do have a date on them. They just put 30 days after they put them on the shelf I sell them fast enough I don't even pay attention to the dates. I have pulled them when the icing gets a little smeared in the summertime
Golfdogs
I get mine still frozen at SAMs. Put them in the freezer at the warehouse and put them on the truck in the morning. For goodwill, I date stamp them for five weeks coming off the truck.
