AZVendor
Why tokens? For refunds? In that case you need to take a sample of 20 tokens to a repair depot and have the coin mech tuned to accept them and then have a coin window programmed for it. The problem is that whether it's tokens or coupons, you need to assign a value to them, and it has to be a fixed value. It can't be worth "one vend" but must be worth an amount of money. The coupons have to come from Coinco or MEI and they are proprietary. They also come in quantities of 500 coupons only.
