Thefox1997
I've just bought 5 combo machines and I'm looking to install remote monitoring software. Any help or advice on the best value for money software would be great. Thanks
AZVendor
You'll need to install modems from any supplier of the software so you might as well put card readers on them at the same time since they use the same modems. USA Technologies is the most popular supplier but combo machines don't generally do enough volume to make this investment pay off. I hope you did some research before making your purchase and that you didn't buy Seaga or other imported combos. They are horrible to get tech and parts support for. Southeast Treats
Are your machines MDB and DEX capable? Most (if not all) remote systems work thru those ports. USA is good, so is Nayax. Nayax has a more user friendly software for inventory management but it will only work for machines connected to their system. ParLevel can manage online and offline machines together in one program, and they have their own data telemetry available. But like AZ says, if you are not doing at least $ 500 a month per machine it usually is not worth the cost of connecting.
