Newbie at a non-profit, looking for help

Hi,

 

I am the designated supplies and equipment person for my local all-volunteer rescue squad. The members wanted a drink machine in our building, so we now have one. It's slow going trying to figure out stuff, and since web searches kept referring me to this site, I figured I should register.

 

We have one Dixie Narco drink machine. It has 6 selections, will vend cans or bottles. As for which model we have, I couldn't tell you. There's no model number anywhere on the machine that I can find. The seller isn't being super helpful. Slightly helpful, but not super helpful.

 

Thanks for having me here. I'll contribute back what I can, but this is a small part of my duties, so once the machine is up and running, I'll probably not be here too often. Mike

Hi! I'll post a picture later today, I'm on duty at noon. It's a Dixie Narco, 6 selections. Pepsi front image. I've been reading through a lot of the discussions here. Learned a lot. There are a bunch of shims in the bottom of the cabinet, but I'm not sure how many to use with what type of drink containers. Eventually will be doing 12 ounce cans and various bottles, don't know exactly what products yet. I don't remember seeing any shim charts on the inside of the machine, and can't find a DN model number to save my life, I've looked all over. Have a great day, Mike
