Medical Center - Need help with who to contact for possible vending machine location.

A new medical center is opening up near my house, they are doing construction currently. Looks like it should be ready in a couple of months. Who would be the point of contact to speak too about placing vending machines. Would it be Human resources or administration at the main hospital in charge of the center?

The one you sent me I had to decline. They pretty much wanted all healthy stuff. I have another warehouse location I might start off with to gain experience. Machines already in place.
