BlindVending
Hey US Canadians don't have many options for readers/telemetry and it's expensive when we do use them. I've recently successfully installed 10 iris readers/media systems onto my route. They look great and function perfectly. My question is the back end reporting. I choose these guys (coinco) because they advertise about sales data being sent to take the guessing out of what sold. Yet on their back end all I seem to see is my daily/monthly settlements. I can see individual sales ($1.50 Mastercard for example). Is anyone familiar with this reader?
AZVendor
Coinco sells the Iris system but you are not obligated to use their backend services. In fact. in the US, Coinco doesn't even offer a backend service. The backend is typically just the card settlement part of the transactions. If you need data reporting then you need to see first why Coinco isn't sending you data. If you are paying for that service then you should be getting that service. You might not have machines capable of properly transmitting DEX data or the Iris isn't set up correctly. Work that out with Coinco. If they can't figure it out then you might try calling other service providers to see if they can extract DEX through the Iris units for you.
