Chard
Has anyone run 16.9 bottles in an old Dixie 600? How well do they do? This is a multiprice S2D machine, but isn't an "e" model. I'm thinking of running bottles in an account, but it's on location and I don't want to go out there and mess with the machine on location. AZVendor
You will need to use bottles that are hard when warm or you'll have nothing but jams. Use Aquafina or Dasani that are injected with nitrogen or Arrowhead or another regional Nestle water that is in a 16.0 oz bottle that's ribbed to stiffen the bottles. If you're asking about 16.9 oz soda or any of the water I mentioned then you need to use your can shim setups but adjust your motor cams to two deep and adjust the rear spacers to bring the front bottles close to the paddles. Chkoolaid1
Is that how you set up a 501E to do 16.9oz pop as well? Can you vend 20oz and 24oz pop bottles out of a 501E? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
AZVendor
An E model will handle any size of bottles. 24 oz use no shims one deep, 20 oz use bottle shims two deep and 16.9 or 16.0 use can shims two deep.
