Nate S
Hi I have a seaga od16sb and everytime I go to restock it. I find a puddle under the machine then I open it up and I see that the drain pan is overflowing and I have no idea to fix it
Southeast Treats
Does the pan have any sponges in it? Evaporation sponges wick up the water to make it evaporate faster. Most of the original sponges end up looking like nasty cardboard, but they are a sponge material. I replace them with cheap thin sponges, 3 or 4 notched and fitted together to stand on end in the tray...
Nate S
Yes the sponges will be soaked and the pan will be filled and leaking
AZVendor
Then you have an air leak into your cabinet that is allowing moisture into it. Check the door seal and make sure the door is snugged down, not overtightened, when you close it. You could also be leaking air around the cooling unit that I believe slides out from the front of that POS. If the unit has been out before it may not have been sealed properly when it was reinstalled.
