smartvendnw
Getting two flashes. Not sure what accept gate error means? I read the error codes, gives me a date. I click clear. Two flashes goes away. Next visit- same thing. What am I missing? Everything works fine. The machine is doing very high volume so far and no calls or complaints. AMS 39" Sensit 3 Thanks! AZVendor
That error means that the gate in the acceptor that fires to accept a valid coin isn't registering properly with the coin mech logic. Open the front of the acceptor and make sure that there is nothing sticky in the gate area that could result in a slow acting gate. Are you saying that each time you're at the machine there is a new error that has a different recent date? If the date is always the same then you might not truly be erasing the error and it just keeps displaying itself to you. If the error persists with different dates then you may have times when coins are rejected back to the coin return due to whatever issue the gate has. If it's not something sticky then you could have a slow solenoid that fires the gate. All it takes is for the gate to act slowly one time and the flag is set. smartvendnw
Ok. This was the first time I cleared the error code. I will go back in a couple days and do the checking you suggest. Thanks!! BT$
Walta
Just to be clear clean and remove any foreign objects from the coin mech. If the problem persist it will be necessary to get the coin mech rebuilt. Walta
