dmcdorman
I have two Seaga VC630 snack and drink machines. I've been through the manual, adjusted everything, I'm getting elec to the bottom, but the drink section says "sold out". I ran a check on the motor count...it came back with 20 (top snack section has 20), and it won't recognize the bottom. The sold out switches are in place and are getting elect. Does anyone have a clue or have faced this before. I'm pulling my hair out and pride myself on being able to fix just about anything..this has me stumped. Thank you SOOOOOOOOO much!! AZVendor
Did you check the interconnect harness between the snack and soda compartments. The connector is accessible (barely) behind the coin box in the floor of the snack cabinet. I hope you have tiny hands.
Southeast Treats
Did you try to run a motor test vend on the missing selections? I have seen some models "lose" individual selections and have to be retaught by test vend... but never a whole section!
dmcdorman
I will double check the interconnector. You are RIGHT about needing small hands, they weren't thinking about service when they put these things together. It's just odd that BOTH machines have the same problem. I'll trouble shoot it again tonight. It's getting electricity to the bottom (drink) section. Hooked up all wires to a meter.
