Walmart - Gorillas in the break room!

I have a machine in a walmart breakroom.  The machine has been damaged on three seperate occasions.  First they broke a globe on a seaga double head.  Replaced that with a vendstar.  They then broke open the coin mech and got free mmp and then they broke one of the cansisters lenses.  This is a marginal account producing 12-15 bucks and month.  What approach should I take?

I had a supermarket breakroom with a similar situation. You can inform management - but they will probably do nothing about it. Or you could replace the machine with a "tougher" metal machine like AA, OAk, NW. In my case, I removed the machine after the 2nd machine was damaged since the monthly revenue was not that good.

I had a spot that had a single gumball that did about $40 every 2 months.  Every time I came in there was some sort of damage to it.  The lock was jammed like somebody tried to pry it open.  The globe was broken cuz the ladies little kids knocked it over.  They had sprayed some blotchy black paint on the stand that didn't match the rest of the color.  I finally had enough and just walked out with it over my shoulder.  The guy says to me, "I thought you were gonna fix it!", and I said "I did!! 3 times!".  It sucked because it was a good stop for a single gumball.

No, I guess I should and see what happens if I lose the spot I lose it. Not like its a gravy location anyway.

Is it too late for Midwest to replace it?

i wouldnt pull it i would replace the unit put a new dh in there but put a sign on it there something along the lines of your on camerea and any vandalism will be prosecuted. They make fake small round balls that go on top of the machine that look like a camera for 5.00

i would post a sign on the machine and on the wall

A Walmart should be a Gorilla location revenue wise. They must be hiring human debris for employees. It would be very difficult for me to abandon the location. I had a similiar situation happen and I let the owner and some employees know that I knew what was going on. I have 1800's and they might as well steal the whole machine rather than beating it to death to get candy or quarters. It might not be gravy now but the potential is very good. Can you move it to another part of the store? See if you can get some sympathy from the store manager and put it up front:D
