ramy73
Good morning everyone, I hope someone here has seen or experience something like this and know how to resolve this problem. For the past couple of days some rows on my snack mart II are not vending or rotating. I did a free vend to test each rows and some are not working, did it a couple of times and didn't fix it. Does anyone knows what is the problem and how to fix it? Any help would be appreciate.

You should consider looking for a newer model machine if you cannot fix this problem, or just leave the selections empty if it's a slow location. AZVendor
If the problem motors are all even or all odd numbers only then you have a bad keypad or logic board - probably a bad keypad.

AZVendor
You have to remove all the nuts that hold the front control panel trim in place but first you need to put tape down the length of each column of buttons so that they don't all fall out when you remove the control panel. The keypad is removable after the control panel is loose. If you need a keypad for it you can email me at rbepic4gatgmaildotcom.
AngryChris
On a scale of 1-10, changing prices is usually about a 1, changing a motor is about a 3, changing a refrigeration deck is about an 8 and changing out that keypad is about a 7 or 8 to me.
