If the prices are set, it should give you the price if you press the selection number with no money. If you get the valid price, but still not getting with money, then you probably have a bad computer board. The Studio board is famous for motor driver issues.

Thanks a lot I am going there again I will try again or get a new board. I have one question in vendo 721 in some columns with back spacer exactly the same and shim set is same but 6 columns are vending fine but 4 are giving issue two bottles are dropping at a time. When try cans by changing shim 3 are falling per vend. I have other vendo 721s I never had any issues in converting cans to bottles.can we vend monster in vendo 721. Thank you again for your help.

It's on page G-11 of this part of the V21 manual: http://www.vendoco.com/Documents/1230247A%20General%20V21_10-2013_LR.pdf

Here is the V21 programming if you need it as well: http://www.vendoco.com/Documents/1230298A_12.1%20Programming%20Trade_10-2013_LR.pdf

I did exactly the same as shown in that page two columns 5 and 6 have the same side setup and product depth setup.

Column 5 is vending fine but column 6 is vending two at time. None of columns I am able to vend cans as 3 cans are falling no matter where I put that side step.

Thanks again for your help. That location is insisting on Monster cans can I vend them?

Vend the Monster 2-deep. Set the slide retainer on the rotor to where the end is between the 2 cans. Make sure depth setting is 2. Make sure there is no extra product under the delivery chute as this will affect the drop sensor.

What could be the reason why with 2 deep setting and the slider set exactly at same length two bottles are falling at time in one column and other is working fine.

Might be motor speed or drop sensor.

Thanks a lot for your help. it was drop sensor got it fixed.

On Pepsi vendo model where priming is needed ,for 12 oz cans when vending first time after primed it is vending fine on next vend two are falling and then on third vend one is falling. This cycle is repeating.

It was my bad on AP machine I did not set the prices properly.
