maestro489
I have a few drink Machines in dirty places that just accumulate dust, dirt and grime. On the inside particularly near the compressor. Any tips on cleaning these on site. I have used a wee/dry vac but that doesn't seem to cut it.
AZVendor
Pulling the condensing unit out and hosing it off is the best way to clean them if you think your condenser is getting clogged. They typically don't unless you have broken cans that sprayed all over. For indoor cleaning compressed air works or as I do, I carry a cylinder of CO2 from an old cup soda machine. I have a hose on it with a reducer for a nozzle. It just makes a huge cloud of dust inside the location so that's why it's best to clean them outside. Magiccity726
I've been using a foam spray. Just spray it and wipe it off with a paper towel or rag.
Southeast Treats
I keep a bag of stuff strapped to my hand truck; in addition to a couple basic hand tools I have all purpose cleaner, a roll of shop towels, a long duster and a small wisk broom and pan. I can do about 99% of any cleaning on the spot, including brushing off the cooling fins. I keep a can of compressed air on the truck because the bag is pretty full already but that set gets most anything done... just have to keep after it in those dirty places

AZVendor
Never, NEVER rub anything on the fins of your evaporator. All that does is push the dirt deeper into the fins.
