kyle0050
Sorry for spamming the forums with nooby questions lately, but where are the optical sensors? I am hoping the problem is they just need to be wiped down, but things are never that easy. So where are the sensors located on a Coinco BA32L validator? If anyone else knows what else could be the problem is than just wiping down the sensors just say it and i'll see if that works to fix it. Hope someone can help the king of noob questions. =[

But to answer your question, the sensors are located in the bottom section of the validator and can be accessed by pushing on the square button and sliding the whole piece out. If you're planning on using this validator, you better get used to this exercise as you'll end up doing it at least once a month. The validator I would recommend would be the Mars VN2512 w/harness. What happens when you try and use a validator that rarely works is that your machine gets a bad rep and people just stop using it at which point your sales will tank. Do yourself a favor, bite the bullet and get a decent validator in that machine if you want to maximize sales
kyle0050
Thanks for the reply and I had a feeling these validators were crap. Let's see how long I can make the thing last before I just buy a new much needed machine.
