I have not replaced the keypad but I have probably done 80% of the steps needed to replace one.  I don't think it's difficult and there are several sources for such parts.  AZVendor may have one but you can also try D&S Vending or Vendor's Exchange in addition to many other distributors.

You should check your connections.  If I am not mistaken, there are two ribbon cables that connect to the keypad.  They are located just above the keypad and sort of behind the display.  When you slide the door out, you'll have to look closely to see those two ribbon cables.  They are pretty much identical and there is almost NO slack in them.  Make sure they are properly connected but be careful as the pins are VERY fine and can be bent VERY easily.  Just visually inspect to make sure they are both connected.

Aside from that, if you still need a keypad, then I guess you can wait for AZVendor or call the said distributors.

It is also possible (I think) that something is stuck between the keypad and the plastic buttons.  Perhaps all you need is to remove the keypad and make sure nothing is stuck in there.  I'm not sure if the AP is like USI machines, but sometimes you need to tape the plastic buttons BEFORE you take the keypad out so the buttons don't all fall out.

By the way, since those appear to be AP 6600's, and you need so many parts, I recommend upgrading the board to something such as a VE UCB or InOne board and make everything MDB inside.
