How much this machine worth?

Those are what gives vending machines a bad rep. I would say $600 for all 3 if they all work. If you take them over be sure to at least put in new flavor strips, price labels in the snack, etc. at the very least.

If the outside is any indication of the inside I would say you would be buying problems. Why is the snack empty? It needs updated in looks and electronics. $100 for each. Then trade them out for better looking equipment. Are all three on the same location? The only good thing is they are D/N and AP. They clean up very nice and make reliable equipment.

Poorly merchandising. All bags should be placed  within the coil. Only the peanuts in C8 are correct. All the rest have a high probability of hanging up. If you have that many empty after a week then you are losing sales. Light wires should be tied up and out of sight. What I see is a dirty vendor no one wants to use. Empty slots that could have created more sales. IMO you maybe able to create more sales if the vendor was cleaned up.

Not only that, but $105 out of two machines in one week when the snack is empty means that hardly anything is being stocked in those spirals to begin with.  Keep the products properly stocked and you can service it less frequently and pull more money out per service.

What about for a route with this machines every single one making between 35 to 55 a week?

This one just might be a winner if you cleaned those machines up and stocked them properly.  You'd be looking at a fair amount of time and expense as one of the soda machines clearly has columns not working and the other two need some serious cosmetics at the very least.  This looks like an account where the current vendor just stopped giving a rat's patooty along time ago.

The first one is a DN MPC series. When it quits working, that's it. No boards, no upgrades. The 2nd Dixie is a series 90 single price. a basic work horse (cans only), but dated in appearance and will not take credit cards without some serious upgrading. The snack, an A/P 6600 is a good reliable piece of equipment. In order to take cards, will need $450 in upgrades, + a $50 Tuffront kit, then it will be a machine that will make you some money for years to come.

The A/P is worth the purchase price, but you need to take it to the next level to secure the business.

Hes selling a route with 11 locations and 16 machines, majority of soda machines are like that one in the picture, 1 dixie narco 501 t and snacks machine are AP.

All machines in good working conditions, old dirty but making money, some locations make more money than other locations. The route is like 4 miles from my house and all the locations they r like no more than 2 miles from each other except for like 4 locations they r like 5 miles from each other maybe less.

1 locations pay $20 commision.

I just saw 7 locations, monday i have to look other 4 locations.

The 7 locations we pulled out $534

In that week

So he say he got the numbers for the other locations and is almost $800 a week.

He asking price is 22,000.

Deal o no deal?

What you guys think?

Please walk away from this route.  The rule of thumb in vending is: earn your money back in 8 months.  If you can't make that happen, walk away.  This equipment is old, outdated and will not be anything but big problems. Make an offer for the locations only around $6500 then use the balance of the money to buy better equipment.

It would be easy.  First let the locations know you are buying the route.  Explain you are bringing in upgrade machines.  Be sure to get a simple installation agreement signed. Then you can purchase refurbished machines all with the same validators and coin mechs. Then when you are ready to go, he can pick up his old stuff.  He can help you set up and fill the machines   Then he can make additional money selling the machines.
