darkinthepark
I am trying to put 16 oz bottled water in a Royal Merlin IV 650-10...and the bottles keep getting squished in the cams causing the machine to vend multiple bottles. There are no adjustments in the machine for bottle width. Is there someway that I could modify the machine to work with 16 oz bottles??? Or do I just need to buy 20 oz water bottles? I've tried all brands of 16oz water with no luck...they all get squashed.
AZVendor
You need a special metal spacer for the column you're using any bottles of less than 20 oz in. Email me at rbepic4gatgmaildotcom if you need one.
Amigo
I have not found a 16 oz water bottle that will vend from a machine. The plastic is too thin and collapses. The only 20 oz bottles I use are Dasani and Aquafina.
AngryChris
They are 16 oz, not 16.9 oz. I can vend the 16 oz in pretty much anything except old USI and Rockola machines.
darkinthepark
I have not come across any 16 oz water bottles in the places I shop. I purchased some small package spacers from Royal and the machine is vending 16.9oz bottles very well. It has not jammed or double vended yet...knock on wood.
