TeamMuscleVending
Hello everyone! I'm new here. I wanted to see what you all think of this. I recently bought two carts of beavers with like 28 machines each and spare parts. The gentleman wanted $900 but I was able to get it down for $700. All the machines seem to work but some globes are slightly cracked. Maybe like 10 of them. They were all very dirty and look old but once I cleaned them they didn't look too bad I think. So far I've located 11 of them. I went ahead and started working with NCCS charity. One of them also came with a bill changer that supposedly works but I haven't tried it myself. Any opinions or advise would gladly be appreciated. Thanks
zjtaylor
If they are all in working order and look professional enough to use, I would say 700$ was a good deal. You can order new globes and parts for them if necessary. I personally would not have purchased such a large lot without locations but it looks like you're doing pretty good with almost half of them located. Just keep on trying to get them out there. TeamMuscleVending
Thanks zjtaylor. I located a few more today. I've been getting pretty lucky because I've been able to place quite a few without having stands.
BlindVending
Thanks zjtaylor. I located a few more today. I've been getting pretty lucky because I've been able to place quite a few without having stands. Be aware it's very likely they grow legs and jump off the counter if they have no stands. Very light and easy for a thief to take
Determined
Not a bad price. I have one Beaver machine that I traded several junk vendstars for. It sounds like it was about in the same condition. But some cleaning and fresh paint it looks all right. I'm impressed with it and wish I had more Beavers! I don't have any machines on the counter but I would like to try it! But I would definitely have the suction cups on it. They are fairly inexpensive. Good luck! TeamMuscleVending
That's true BlindVending. All places seem to be safe because there with friends that allowed me to put them and there always there. I'm gonna put one later on today with chocolate peanuts in the laundry room here at my apartments. There's cameras so hopefully that's stops anybody from getting any ideas. That's a good idea Determined! Will look in to those. I haven't had any problems with them. They seem to be really reliable. I love them. And for the price I got them, i can't complain I think lol. Thanks guys!
QuikVend
56 beavers for $700 is a pretty good deal, as long as there aren't too many parts needed. I tend to buy large lots as well. At this point, I've bought 5x the amount of machines I have placed, but I plan to go full time at some point, so they'll all be put to use after refurbishing and testing. TeamMuscleVending
Awesome thanks QuikVend! Everything seems to be fine as of now. Yes hopefully a little by a little we can locate every machine we have. I do plan to buy another huge lot after I've located everything.
