marvinesmith Posted September 7, 2016 Share Posted September 7, 2016 hello,,i have a Genesis 127 and the C0,C1,C2,C3 drink motors don,t work,,C4,C5 works fine, i have changed the motors around to make sure they was not bad,,i changed the motherboard out and it was not the problem,,i have changed the connection board and that,s not the problem,,,i have changed the plugs from the motherboard to the connection and that was not the problem,,,my question is has anyone out there had this problem or do anyone have any idea what the problem con,t be,,thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

marvinesmith Posted September 7, 2016 Author Share Posted September 7, 2016 yes i looked at them but i will look again,,,if there is a problem with the wire it would have to be in the top box,,and i put a soda in the C0 spot and tried to vend it out and it said error,,,do you think it could be the panel in the back of the top box,,thats the only thing i haven,t change.. CajunCandy Posted September 8, 2016 Share Posted September 8, 2016 I know the small board that all the shelves connect to has problems with the way there soldered, if you changed that board for a new one then it must be broken wires some where from top box to bottom box. marvinesmith Posted September 8, 2016 Author Share Posted September 8, 2016 i found the problem it was a wire that was broken where it plug in the back,,,i got a meter and checked every wire one by one and i found it,,thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction -,,,,all motors are working fine,,,thanks again...
