Saeco coffee vender manual

You will wish you never got a Saeco as their parts are hard to come by and there's no tech support.  Check the Coffee sub-forum here for all the tons of questions people ask about the problems they have with them.

Which do you recommend?  I want one which make different varieties?

Kiwi, do you agree with the previous that I should stay away from these?  And thanks for the info.

I don't really have any experience working on the Saeco 200 model so it would be unfair for me to comment. I am also based outside the US so I am unsure on how hard parts are to come by or know what tech support is like where your located.

Here is another link to a part's supplier but I would suggest that you contact them to make sure they are still in business -  http://www.baristastore.com/home.php?cat=244

I do service some machines manufactured by Saeco which are very similar but are slighly newer versions of the Saeco 200. I have had a few issues with these machines but that is more to do with the volume of product that goes thru the machines (very high volume site)

I prefer to use necta machine's myself because they are more common here even though we also have alot of Saeco 200's. I started using them first so continued to use them instead of switching to Saeco.

To put it another way.... it's is abit like the Ford v Chevy argument

They are both good machine's (Saeco & Necta) as both manufactures have sold thousands worldwide so at the end of the day you will need to make your own decision on what model you decide to go with... please keep in-mind that no matter which model/type of fresh bean machine you decide on they will require alot more cleaning/maintenance that an instant machine.

Good luck
