Wanted to share this, I shot it down but it's interesting - called by a management company for a new location (retail store break room).  They set the prices, get a commission, AND I would have to supply and empty the recycling bins!  Yea - noped right outta there..... they still want to add me to their vendor list for future work, does anyone have any experience with them?

They sent me a packet, from what I reviewed it would have to be a pretty large account before I could make any money thru them.  Lots of monthly reporting and everything goes thru their office first....

Are they any worth trying given all trouble and investment we have to make and they reap all the rewards.

It's very easy to comply with their format. I have an account thru them and am glad they called me. It's been 2 years now and I just send them the monthly commission check (10%) and all is well.

So the benefit is they find and deal with the account? Are you under contract or are you free to pull your equipment if it's underperforming?

It's not that they so much as find the account like a locator would do. It's more like they have a national contract with locations and sub contract it out to you and I. For instance, the area I'm in is not in there service area but they have a contract that includes a location in my town. So instead of them driving 200 miles for one customer, they called and asked me to service the account.
They are just some people trying to fulfill a contract. It's negotiable. You can ask them anything and usually work it out to both of your liking.
