kyle0050
I just got a Vendo 576 and it vends my Dasni 16.9Oz fine but it won't vend the 20oz Gatorade bottles I got in there. They fit into the columns fine but they just won't drop down into the thing that turns to vend them. Are these just too big to vend or do I need to adjust something? Hope someone can help! kyle0050
Adjusted what it said on the sheet. Still not vending. Am I missing something?
lacanteen
I can let you borrow my Vendo tool It sounds to me that you have a shim or clip that doesn't belong. Is the motor turning?

kyle0050
Haha I'll call Vendo on Monday to see if they can walk me through some stuff. Yes everything is turning. The bottles just don't fall into the vending dispenser.
AZVendor
You need to remove any shims on the right side of the column that were there for the 16.9 oz bottles.

AZVendor
The shim(s) should be metal and are installed just above the rotor (part that turns) on the right side wall. They are held in place with a cotter clip that you need to remove the motor cover to see. Pull the cotter clip for the shim and then remove the shim. kyle0050
Are the Shims the things with 2 White clips? So I should just remove those?
AZVendor
The part below the rotor is the gage bar with the clips on it. Down below is what I said before. You do know what above the rotor and below the rotor means, don't you? For your 20 oz bottles you'll need one grey clip on the gage bar after you remove the white ones. I think this machine is way over your head and you should either get a service tech to help you or get another, simpler machine. 4 hours ago, AZVendor said: The shim(s) should be metal and are installed just above the rotor (part that turns) on the right side wall.
