jkhogan21
Hey guys went to go see another route for the last couple of day. give you the breakdown and tell me if you think it is a good deal or not. 80 machines 40 stops. machines are some what older but he has some newer machines. has about 4-5 machines ready to be placed. He also has a garage full of parts you name it he has it. 2008 ford E350 van good condition forgot to ask about the miles on it. He does about 115k a year gross, verified on his taxes. he says takes home round 45k maybe a little more.80% of the machines he does every 2 weeks the rest once a week. one about 500 a year on commissions. He is asking 75k this including all the product in the machines and all the change in he machine 25c 10cents and 5cents for the change for the dollars bills. Let me no what you guys think. Drhester126
75k is not a good price if it's the baseline for just the route. The route itself is not bad (on average 55 bucks a week per account). It makes sense to pay for all the product and change, but the actual route you should pay 50% of gross sales MAX. 55k seems more realistic, 65k tops (this would also include the van, all the product, change, extra parts, etc.) When it's all said and done, don't pay over 65k for everything, but I would personally go for 60k for everything.
