MidStateVending
I have a Coke machine and I need to audit the number of soda sales on a weekly basis. There is no instruction sheet on the door. I downloaded the manual, and it says that I need to get to the "RD" function. Does anyone know how to get to the RD function? I tried pressing the setup button, but I can't seem to find "RD" (Re-settable Data).
AZVendor
What logic board is in the machine? RD is Resettable Data but you might really just want HD which is Historical Data. When you enter the service mode the board should begin at HD. Because this is a Coke machine the programming is different and probably begins with Error or No Error. You then used buttons 2 or 3 to move through the menus until you get to PASS. The sales are password protected. At PASS you press the selections in this order: 4,2,3,1 and then either the display will change or it will remain blank or go back to PASS. If it remains blank then press 4 to enter the password. If it goes back to PASS then begin again but enter in this order: 4,4,2,3,1. Once you're beyond the password you can then scroll to your sales numbers. MidStateVending
Yes I got to PASS... but I still don't see the RD or HD in that submenu. Could it just not be there?
AZVendor
In the Coke programming I don't think that RD and HD actually exist. Try these instructions: http://69.129.141.51:8080/RD/techbulletins.nsf/e667893fe32caf4785256bcd0066752b/1e469b775dca544d85256bcd00641668/$FILE/SIID Coke Manual.pdf
lacanteen
Get to the configuration menu ("CON") and turn on CON4. This will display your non-resettable cash meter automatically when you open the door. No need to navigate the programming each time.
MidStateVending
I found "con" and there is a "C4" and I changed the value from 0 to 1... I assume this turns on the Con4 you are talking about?
