J_M_Vending
Hi! I’m new to this discussion forum and I hope somebody can help me with the problem I have. I replace my old 3 tubes MDB changer for a new 6 tubes Guardian, from Coinco in my old Dixie Narco 501 600 MDB machine but when I power on the machine the display board and bill acceptor doesn’t power sequence. I tried switching from MDB Level 3 to level 2 in the changer, but still same problem. We tested the new changer in a Royal Vendor machine, and it works fine. Any hint? Technivend
When you say you power it on are you testing with the door open or closed? If you are testing it open are you overiding the interlock switch?
J_M_Vending
Door open, switch override... Same way as I tested the 3 tubes changer, and it work fine.... HELP! Thanks Bill
Technivend
Are you getting any errors on the changers readout? Is this a new changer or have you used it in another machine? Have you tried the factory default reset for the changer itself and start from a known good state?
J_M_Vending
No error readout, new changer factory set... Work fine in new SEM tester. Works fine in Royal Vendor Machine.
