ROGERS VENDING
G-Man, The rack appeared to be pretty good shape from the pictures I saw. I was really wishing I could have bid on it. He would only do pick up. Congrats to vendnoob
ROGERS VENDING
How do i put a pick on here?Do you still have a direct link to the closed auction? If so, you may be able to just cut and paste the ebay web link. That would work for a while anyways (until it was taken down).
vendnoob
try this.

ROGERS VENDING
vendnoob, When you find pick up only, the bottom falls out on vending machine prices. That's when the steals are found. Good work! I have yet to find anything like that in the area where I live. Hopefully one day! A COUPLE OF WEEKS BACK I SAW 80 OR 90 OAK HEADS ON A PALLET GOING FOR $350! UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE IN MISSOURI! I REALLY CONSIDERED DRIVING FROM CENTRAL TEXAS UP THERE!
G-man422
Judging by the picture you definitely got a great deal. Instead of buying stands why not try to locate the whole rack?
ROGERS VENDING
Judging by the picture you definitely got a great deal. Instead of buying stands why not try to locate the whole rack?Yes, you can look for Asian or Mexican restaurants (mom and pops) to locate this puppy! Offer them a commission and vend gumballs, superballs, etc. You may even be able to vend certain toys. These are cheap items to vend. That allows you to offer the location a sweet commission and still come out ahead. I'm a newbie so you'll have to get the details from others on here. Maybe G-Man can elaborate. vendnoob
These are my first and I have never located before. I thought it would be easier if I seperated them(you know "dont put all your eggs in one basket").

antoniocinisi
nice buy!! maybe you could put candy on the bottom row and toys on top.I don`t think u should break it down to singles either.
dkochan
You got a great deal! I would take off the three top machines and put on two Northwestern or A&A 2" capsule machines. I would then use the three Eagle machines for another rack.
nepavend
Great find, and welcome to the business. ANYTIME you find a deal at $10/head unless they are completely shot... you better RUN and find a way to make it happen. That is one major factor in how you win at this business. Always be on the lookout for these deals until you have a comfortable level of startup machines.
vendnoob
Im hoping to start with 10 locations to start, just to see if this is for me. Im very excited!!! My goal is 100 locations if i do ok with the first 10 do ok.
vendnoob
Im sure someone has thought of this or even done this already but i just wanted to see how well it went over. what about making all 6 machines gumballs. each one a differant flavor(watermelon, apple, cherry, blueberry) you get the picture. creativecandy
u stole those machines , what a deal ..on the gumballs i dont like the ideal. it would look good but only appeal to people who eat gumballs i like variety...mix it up ..gey some toys in there they dont spoil
joebob051977
That is a heck of a deal $10 a machine plus a rack. Wow! It gives you lots of options. Don't do all gumballs. Gumballs have a good profit margin, but you need to mix it up your selection and offer a selection of candy or even some toys.

Great deal ven. I would mix candy up and not have all GBs.
nepavend
Try a mix of 2 gums, 2 toys, and 2 superballs to start. This gives you exposure to a good variety of products to start with.
