Benny
I have a Dixie Narco 276E 7 selection Pepsi machine that I am not able to change the price on. When i hit the master switch button HD appears on the main screen on front of the machine. Next when I hit buttons 1 and 2 at the same time to scroll through the options nothing happens. If I hit button one alone it displays the typical sales data. The smae thing happens when I hit or hold selection or button two. I know selections one and two work because I can purchase product from the machine. I have a few of these machines and have never experienced this before. Any help would be much appreciated. Benny
All the selection buttons are working. I was able to vend every selection at the price currently set up. Any other ideas? Thanks for the reply
AZVendor
Then you're just not actually pressing them together as you should. It's either a timing issue with your pressing or a physical issue with one of the buttons.
Benny
I just got the machine from a buyer off craislist. Is it possible this machine is set up in LAOS mode AZ? I think Pepsi may have it set up for limited access possibly. There is a setting under LAOS that will only let you access the machine on certain days if you on believe it or not. Have you ever experienced that before?
AZVendor
Sometimes when a board goes bad it programs it's own day schedule or other unknown schedule. You should probably press the mode button for 3 mins and reset the entire logic board and then reprogram everything which in most cases is just your pricing. Snoopy
I am not a true mechanic but I have been doing this for a while. Dixie Narco E models have a computer function that allows all prices to be the same, or switch it and each button can different. It can be toggled at the Set Price menu.
