chris harris
I have been having trouble with one of my 1800 vend machines occassionly dispersing only a few hot tamilies. I have it set wide open. I do not think it happens a lot but some of the workers have been complaining and this one of my best locations
ROGERS VENDING
Just bought some these and I'm a total newbie. No locations yet... It could be a loose screw... check the coin mech and wheel... make sure the screws are snug.
West Coast Vend LLC
Chris, I have been using 1800 machines for almost 2 years now. It could be one of two problems; 1. You don't have the opening of the candy wheel lined up to the front position, (When you look under the canister, you should see the opening of the candy wheel in line with the opening of the outer gray canister case.) 2. Hot Tamales & Mike & Ike stick together if the humidity is high or they are in the sun. When the wheel turns they stay together and only a few will drop down. If you hit the canister they will break up and stay apart for a while. Gary
antoniocinisi
I bet it is gary option number 2 more likely.if so spray a bit not much non flavored pam on a spatula and put the hot tom or mike ike and stir with that spatula.this will prevent them from sticking together. Beer980
Yes but you have the answer for the next time. It is a good idea though to check the alingment if you change out a canister on the machine just to sure it did not move in transport.
markvend
If you forget the spatula, shake the machine several times up and down with the lid on. That'll do the trick to loosen them up. Mark
