Dixie Narco DN 720P R-10 Issues

Hi All,

New here.  Just picked up a 720P and we are having some issues with it.  We loaded up some drinks in the machine after plugging it in and running for 24hrs.  Added coins to the coin return, and the display still says "Sold Out".  I was able to down load the manual from Dixie Narco, and it's not really very helpful in troubleshooting this issue.  And the sequence to get to the menu would be helpful... holding down button 1 & 2 simultaneously doesn't do anything.

Any thoughts?  Maybe a complete reboot??  We have unplugged and plugged it back in to no avail.

You have purchased the Edsel of the drink vending world. If you can return it, do so. If not, since you have the manual, go in the programming, and set "package size" (or is it package type). Once that is all set, find the routine for "priming columns". That should jog every motor and load product into the vend position. Otherwise, call Dixie Narco tech service from the machine.

I inherited about 25 of these heaps in our last acquisition. They are a handful and work best with only bottles.

That's part of the issue.... I can't get into the programming.  I push button 1 and 2 simultaneously, like the manual states, and nothing happens.

You have to press the blue mode switch on the computer board to program

Well, we finally got into the setup.... but can't get to the menu that allows us to select the can size..  Everything else seems to be working so far, except that it vends 3 cans instead of one, as it was originally setup to dispense 16oz cans.
